I have watched a lot of anime and each of it, I will interested at least to one character and certainly they are boys..(n_n)~
*List sorted by my most favorite anime*
1. FUJI SYUSUKE (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
Atashi no ichiban bouya!!! I really really love him! Well, he is so cute, gentle and always smile and looks calmly. The most thing that i really love to look at him is his sharp light blue eyes. He also have a charm and fascinate appearance that will make girls say "kyaaaaaaaa~"! He is too fond with cactus and photography. He is tend to be eccentric by enjoying Inui Juice, wishing to eat Jolokia, and teasing others - he looks really cute doing that!~ :DDDDDDDDD
2. SHIRAISHI KURANOSUKE (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
Kurarin~ The second character in PoT that I'm interested in. I really love his light brown hair that is medium lengthed and his eyes area greyish-brown - captivated me! He is a polite person, but tend to be funny at time. His favorite catchphrase "Ahh~ Ecstasy" really lovely even though Shitenhouji members said it is funny! His deepen voice somewhat makes him looks more sexy~ One thing that I think funny about him is, he is too fond with his pet beetle, Kabriel (Kabuto + Gabriel)~ XDDD
3. ECHIZEN RYOMA (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
Main character of PoT. He is a boy who is skillfully in tennis. His cocky personality somewhat makes him cute and funny. Ryoma can be quite arrogant at times, but is usually able to back up his statements with his tennis skills. Honestly, I love to see him without his dearest cap, he looks more like ordinary-cutie boy. He also being more gentle when Karupin is around~ ^^
4. TEZUKA KUNIMITSU (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
I really like Tezuka's appearance even though he is always seen in stoic expression. He is the first anime glasses boy that I'm interested in. XDD~
5. ATOBE KEIGO (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
Richness weirdos! He never have any limits in showing his wealthy. Narcissistic and arrogant person, but I quiet like his personality. He looks charming~
6. KIKUMARU EIJI (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
Another character from Seigaku. I am actually love Eiji's cute, friendly, sweet-tempered, playful and outgoing personality. He just like cat, showing in his acrobatic, and adding "nya" at the end of his sentence.
7. MARUI BUNTA (PRINCE OF TENNIS)
Honestly, I love Marui's sweet expression. He also tend to be playful and care-free person outside tennis court. He loves tease Jackal and Akaya most! Cute boy! ^^
8. KISE RYOUTA (KUROKO NO BASKET)
[He really melting me with this kind of look~ XD] Kise charming my eyes with his pretty face, blonde-medium long hair, and piercing in his left ear. He have sweet smile and pretty eyes, and his glance makes me "kyaaaaaa~". He looks so cute when he tries being friendly with others. I really love how Kise called those he acknowledges in basketball by adding -cchi like Kurokocchi and Midorimacchi. Sound cute! ^^ How about I call him like that too? Kisecchi?~
9. ROY MUSTANG (FMA/FMA : BROTHERHOOD)
Sometimes, I like to see an adult character because they are matured and dependable. Roy is one of them. He was outwardly as arrogant, playfully manipulative, ruthless careerist and a womanizer, but he actually a man who cares deeply about his subordinate and people around him, intelligent and adaptable. And of course, he is one of comedian in FMA/FMA : Brotherhood, and always joking in unexpected situation! I expected he will be with Riza because they really sweet together~ (n_n)
10. SEBASTIAN MICHAELLIS (KUROSHITSUJI)
One thing that I really love about Sebastian is the way his speaking. He always speak politely even though it is a talked about something negative. He does it to everyone either to noblemen or commoner, to affiliates or enemies. Also, I love Sebastian expression when he sees a cat. He is so cute with innocent looking and it doesn't seems that he is a demon. He possess a sexy voice (thanks to his seiyuu, Ono Daisuke), and always showing a demonic smile. If there a chance, I wanna him to be my butler even just for one day. But please, no weird contract like he do with Ciel~
11. UCHIHA SASUKE (NARUTO/NARUTO SHIPPUUDEN)
Even though Sasuke is known as a cold, indifferent, cruel, somewhat arrogant, and unreasonable, he still being my favorite character in Naruto/Naruto Shippuuden. It is because that his coldness somehow charming me (^_^). It doesn't looks like he is a bad person, because despite getting stronger, he seemed unwilling to needlessly kill in his quest for revenge. I also love to see Sasuke when he was a child. He is very cute, kind and lovely person.
12. NURA RIKUO (NURARIHYON NO MAGO)
I'm state here, that I'm bias with Rikuo Night Form~ ;p ..That because Night Form looks more charming than Day Form. He is so cool with his blue cloak over a black kimono, and looks confident and strong. I also love his looks with his white long hair, non-glasses and his deepen voice (thanks Fukuyama Jun). [Somehow I feels like watching Kenya (PoT) in this anime..XD]~
13. KUCHIKI BYAKUYA (BLEACH)
Honestly, I love Byakuya because of his good looking, and always being calm even in battle [he thought that he will win the battle!]. Even though he looks cold and arrogant, Byakuya actually is a kind and loyal person. His words also sometime are funny even he speak in serious way. He is very dependable, thus making him a good leader of Kuchiki Clan.
14. NARUKAMI YU (PERSONA 4 THE ANIMATION)
Yu is a quiet and polite person. What I like about him that he is a unique person. Even he quieter, he also have a dry sense of humor, and sometimes does questionable things which he thinks are funny. I love his appearance with bowl-shaped gray hair with matching gray eyes. He has a pale complexion and is quite tall. Also when he in battle-mood with his glasses. He looks more fascinate~ XD
15. KANZATO RYOU (PERSONA TRINITY SOUL)
Ryou is extremely cold and tough man. However, he is a caring person despite his outward appearance. I really love how he tried to protect his brothers with his way. He do it quietly and not overtly. As a Police Officer, Ryou always in neat outfit, and have attractive appearance with his dark medium-long hair and wearing a glasses. I just love boy/man with glasses, they looks matured~
16. KIRYUU ZERO (VAMPIRE KNIGHT/VK : GUILTY)
I really love Zero's silver-white hair and his lilac eyes. He also wears three silver earrings, one his left ear cartilage (top) and two on his right (bottom). He is too charming as vampire/vampire hunter. Although Zero act coldness and hostility, he actually a gentle person. He always has sad looking at his face because of who he is.
17. USUI TAKUMI (KAICHOU WA MAID-SAMA)
I bet every girl want a lover like Usui. Me too! XD~ It's because he have mystery aura around him and we can never expected what he will do. Usui has blonde-spikey hair (which is actually surprisingly soft) and bright green eyes. He is very athletic, and is slender yet muscular. Usui also excels in playing chess, the violin, cooking, formal table etiquettes as well as most sports. I like to see him teasing Misaki because he doing it in funny way! I also love his smile, it looks so charming~
18. SUOU TAMAKI (OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB)
Tamaki is a funny and kind person. I really love how he tried to hide his sadness and problems from his friends with his cheerful attitude. It's show that Tamaki actually a tough guy and tried to not depends to others. Even though he always show off his richness, he also tried to live like a commoner people.
19. KUDOU SHINICHI/EDOGAWA CONAN (DETECTIVE CONAN)
I love Shinichi's sweet face and his detective skills. He is extremely intelligent, and even from a young age, was very intuitive and observant. He seems rude and arrogant, but he cares deeply about human life.
Doesn't he too cute while being Conan? He makes me want to hug him! Everything is cute from top to toe~ ^^ Arere~
20. JINGUJI REN (UTA NO PRINCE-SAMA)
I know he is flirtatious and carefree person, but I can't stop form liking him! He just too handsome with his orange-toned hair, and his bang that goes across his right eye. He glance is too fascinate and his smile charming my eyes. So adorable~
21. ICHINOSE TOKIYA (UTA NO PRINCE-SAMA)
I love Tokiya's eyes so much! It's beautiful and melting me~ He doesn't speak to much but easy to chat. Most of characters in this anime is a good-looking and adorable, but only Tokiya have a beautiful voice~
22. ASAKURA YOH (SHAMAN KING)
Slacker, carefree person and laid-back attitude about everything~ But I still love Yoh because he is deeply caring for his friends even though he doesn't looks like that! ^^
23. SARUTOBI SASUKE (BRAVE 10)
One word - CUTE!!!! I really love his short orange hair and golden yellow eyes~
24. AKISE ARU (MIRAI NIKKI)
An intelligent boy who enjoy playing detective. He is a bit eccentric with a cool and calm personality. I like his appearance so much. Greyish hair and reddish eyes, he captivated me~
25. ISHIDA YAMATO (DIGIMON ADVENTURE 01/02)
Even though he is cold and stubborn boy, he is still being a cute boy~ ^^ He is the first anime boy that I'm interested in.
Yamato being more reliable and responsible person when he in Middle School. I love his hair so much!
26. YUE (CARDCAPTOR SAKURA)
Just like Byakuya, I also interested in Yue because of his appearance. With his long-silver hair that flows down back in a loose ponytail and short bangs that reveals his silver-blue eyes, he looks so dashing~
27. OKUMURA YUKIO (AOI NO EXORCIST)
Yukio is not very handsome, but he charming me with his quiet and calm, and happily smiling personality~
28. OUMA SHU (GUILTY CROWN)
A quiet and unsociable person, but having a great sense of responsibility in him thus makes me seeing him as wonderful and great guy~
29. TRAIN HEARTNET(BLACK CAT)
He is cute right? He also looks fascinate when he in fighting mode. Also, I really love cats~ ;p
30. MUTOU KAZUKI (BUSOU RENKIN)
Reckless, often acting without thinking and somewhat goofy at time. But he knows how to protects his dearest person~ ^^
